Nigeria’s largest online mall, Konga.com, has been recognized with a distinguished award from the Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management of Nigeria (ICSTM).
The online mall was honored with the Quality Service Delivery Excellence Award, for its new service offering – Same Day Delivery Service – during the Induction/Award Ceremony of the institute held in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory on Thursday, March 31, 2016.
The award was given in recognition of the Company’s focused leadership amongst online shopping platforms in the country and their unwavering efforts in product innovation, especially with the launch of Same Day Delivery Service. Konga.com had recently launched the Same Day Delivery Service alongside the Keep on Shipping (KOS) Service to further improve the company’s delivery capabilities
